Settings – Email Configurations
This section allows the merchant to configure and manage email delivery platforms for the application. These settings ensure reliable email delivery for notifications such as customer alerts, order updates, and marketing communication.
Platform Options
Brevo (formerly Sendingblue)
- Requires: API Key and associated email address
- Status: Currently Disabled
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
- Requires: SMTP server, port, username, and password
- Status: Currently Enabled
Behavior & Notes
- Only one email platform can be active at a time.
- Activating one will automatically disable the other.
- These settings define how email notifications are routed from the application to customers and buyers.
